Your Role and Contributions:
- Support Senior Financial Advisors: Build client relationships, drive new business, and assist with prospecting through outbound calls and marketing efforts.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the advisors’ daily calendar.
- Meeting Coordination: Take detailed notes in meetings with clients and prospects, help prepare financial reports and plans for clients, and develop PowerPoint presentations for client visits.
- Operational Excellence: Process paperwork, assist in creating financial plans, and manage client distributions, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing workshops, dinner seminars, and educational workshops. Coordinate with vendors and restaurants.
- Technical Interaction: Utilize financial planning software to support senior financial advisors.
- Compliance and Reporting: Keep all securities and insurance licenses current, manage internal/external referral processes, and report specific issues to the Program Manager.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Experience: Minimum two years in a support, sales, or administrative role within a financial services environment.
- Licenses: CA Life license required. FINRA Series 6; Series 63/65 or 66 licenses preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field required.
