What You Bring to the Team:

Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or scheduling role, preferably in the financial services or client-facing industry.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and appointment scheduling tools.

Skills and Attributes

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple appointments and priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
  • Proactive, self-starter with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using scheduling or CRM platforms.
