Senior Wealth Advisor
Job Overview:
We’re seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Wealth Advisor to join our elite team at EFC Wealth Management Firm. If you are a seasoned professional with a proven ability to lead, develop comprehensive financial strategies, and drive business growth, this role is for you. You will leverage your deep industry expertise to manage complex client portfolios, lead a team of advisors, and take ownership of business development efforts. This position requires a strong track record in securing high-net-worth clients, closing major deals, and providing leadership that elevates the firm’s service offerings. Your Role and Contributions:
- Strategic Financial Planning:
- Design and execute high-level financial strategies for high-net-worth clients, including investment management, tax optimization, estate planning, retirement planning, and risk management. Tailor strategies to meet complex and evolving client needs.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a select group of high-net-worth clients. Develop and nurture deep client relationships, ensuring personalized service and comprehensive solutions that align with clients’ long-term goals.
- Business Development and Growth:
- Lead efforts to acquire new clients through targeted networking, referrals, and business development strategies. Develop and implement initiatives to expand the firm’s client base and market presence.
- Financial Blueprint Creation:
- Craft detailed and sophisticated financial blueprints that address clients’ unique financial goals.
- Leadership and Team Development:
- Mentor, coach, and lead a team of wealth advisors and financial professionals. Provide training and support to enhance team skills, foster professional growth, and ensure high performance and alignment with firm goals.
- Educational Presentations and Thought Leadership:
- Represent EFC Wealth Management Firm as a thought leader by delivering high-impact presentations and workshops. Share insights on market trends, financial strategies, and industry developments at seminars, webinars, and client events.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Oversee adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal policies. Ensure that client strategies and advisory practices comply with industry standards and mitigate risks.
- Client Retention and Expansion:
- Implement strategies to maintain and grow client portfolios. Conduct regular reviews and performance assessments to ensure client satisfaction and optimize financial outcomes.
- Advanced Problem-Solving:
- Address complex client issues and financial challenges with innovative solutions. Leverage deep industry knowledge to resolve intricate problems and provide strategic advice.
- Cross-Selling and Service Integration:
- Identify opportunities to offer additional services and products that enhance client value. Integrate various aspects of wealth management to provide a cohesive and comprehensive service offering.
- Team Support:
- As a member of a small, dynamic team, you may be asked to take on additional tasks and provide support in areas outside of your primary responsibilities as needed. Your flexibility and proactive approach will be essential in helping us achieve our goals and adapt to the evolving needs of the firm.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, CFP, or CFA) preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in wealth management or financial advisory roles, with a proven track record of managing high-net-worth clients and delivering exceptional service.
- Life insurance license required; Series 65 license or equivalent required.
- Extensive knowledge of investment strategies, estate planning, tax optimization, and financial planning.
- Proven track record of securing new business, closing opportunities and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience in mentoring and developing financial professionals.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly to clients and team members.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic and analytical approach to client needs and financial planning.
