Your Role and Contributions:

  1. Develop and Implement Financial Strategies:
    • Create personalized financial plans by analyzing clients’ financial situations, goals, and risk tolerance. Develop and execute strategies that encompass investments, retirement planning, tax optimization, estate planning, and budgeting.
  2. Client Consultations and Recommendations:
    • Lead in-depth consultations with clients to understand their unique financial needs and objectives. Provide expert recommendations and final decisions for designing and structuring client accounts, ensuring alignment with their long-term goals.
  3. Business Development and Account Acquisition:
    • Drive new business growth by prospecting and securing new client accounts. Utilize a strategic approach to identify potential clients and effectively communicate the value of EFC Wealth Management Firm’s services.
  4. Financial Blueprint Design:
    • Develop comprehensive financial blueprints that outline the client’s financial strategy, including investment allocation, risk management, and estate planning. Ensure that these blueprints are tailored to each client’s specific needs and goals
  5. Educational Presentations and Workshops:
    • Represent EFC Wealth Management Firm as a thought leader by delivering engaging and informative presentations at educational workshops, webinars, and seminars. Provide clients and prospects with valuable insights into financial planning and market trends.
  6. Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive service. Address any concerns or issues promptly, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  7. Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Ensure all financial planning and advisory activities comply with industry regulations and internal policies. Stay updated on regulatory changes and incorporate them into client strategies to maintain compliance and minimize risk.
  8. Team Development and Leadership:
    • Mentor, coach, and develop Wealth Managers. Provide guidance and support to enhance their skills, foster professional growth, and ensure alignment with the firm’s standards and objectives. Lead by example to promote a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  9. Client Retention and Growth:
    • Implement strategies to retain existing clients and expand their portfolios. Regularly review client accounts and performance, making adjustments as needed to optimize outcomes and drive continued growth.
  10. Cross-Selling and Service Expansion:
    • Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services and products that meet clients’ evolving needs. Promote the full suite of EFC Wealth Management services to enhance client value and satisfaction.
  11. Team Support:
    • As a member of a small, dynamic team, you may be asked to take on additional tasks and provide support in areas outside of your primary responsibilities as needed. Your flexibility and proactive approach will be essential in helping us achieve our goals and adapt to the evolving needs of the firm.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, or a minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Life insurance license required; Series 65 license required
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a financial services role, with a proven track record of securing new business, closing opportunities and driving revenue growth
  • Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service to a diverse client base.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and persuasively to clients and prospects.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to deliver quality
