Your Role and Contributions:
- Client Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, addressing their needs and providing ongoing support.
- Client Reviews:
- Conduct regular reviews for existing clients to assess their financial goals and portfolio performance
- Client Meetings:
- Conduct initial client meetings, gathering all pertinent information including fact finders, financial blueprint questionnaires, and other necessary documentation.
- Pre-qualify clients before scheduling meetings with advisors to ensure alignment with the firm’s services and capabilities.
- Lead Management and Appointment Coordination:
- Contact existing leads to schedule appointments for advisors and manage the calendar of appointments, including webinars, RTK bookings, and educational workshops.
- Confirm all appointments, ensuring clients are properly informed and prepared for meetings.
- Follow up with individuals who registered for events but did not attend, aiming to reschedule and re-engage.
- Event Participation:
- Attend seminars, workshops, and other events to meet with prospects, deliver presentations, or support client and prospect engagement activities.
- New Accounts:
- Responsible for managing all operations of opening new accounts, daily status tracking and processing of any NIGOs applications until case is placed and transferred to Client Services.
- Team Support:
- As a member of a small, dynamic team, you may be asked to take on additional tasks and provide support in areas outside of your primary responsibilities as needed. Your flexibility and proactive approach will be essential in helping us achieve our goals and adapt to the evolving needs of the firm.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Bachelor’s degree required, or a minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Life insurance license required; Series 65 license required.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a financial services role, with a proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering high-quality service.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex information to clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to provide quality work while handling a diverse range of client needs and responsibilities.
